• Boiling Method:

  • Boil water and remove from heat.

  • Soak the pack for no more than 5 minutes.

  • Knead to distribute heat.

• Microwave Method:

  • Heat at 100% power for 20 seconds.

  • Knead and repeat in 20-second intervals as needed (max twice).

  • Let it rest for 20 seconds before use.

• Wrap It: Always cover with a cloth.
